Pricing is tied to a defined business result rather than billable hours. Current engagements begin at $2,500 for an AI library, $5,000 for an AI agent, $10,000 for an operating system, and $1,500 per month for fractional leadership. Your scope and price are agreed before work begins and change only if we agree to change the scope.
